In November of 2014, I had a partial left foot amputation. Dr. Waldrop said lets see if this works and we would go from there. The tissue would not heal, but it gave me time to get myself in some kind of shape to prepare myself for a below-the-knee amputation in July of 2015.
Everything went well, including the help of Dr. Waldrop’s staff in directing me to rehab and prosthetics. 6 weeks after the operation, I was walking with first leg and received new, improved leg by December. I have been able to resume work and all activities – hunting, fishing, golf – and all activities my wife has for me.
Dr. Waldrop and his staff did a wonderful job, and I believe I am where I am today because of them.
