Two years ago, the long-term prognosis of Tua Tagovailoa’s hip injury dominated the discussion around Alabama’s star quarterback entering the NFL draft. Overcoming “a freak thing that you seldom see,” Tagovailoa recovered quickly to become the No. 5 overall pick in 2020.
The circumstances are different for Alabama’s two injured star receivers, Jameson Williams and John Metchie, entering this week’s NFL draft.
