E. Lyle Cain, Jr., M.D. specializes in arthroscopy and treatment of sports-related injuries, as well as open and arthroscopic treatment of knee, shoulder and elbow injuries. Dr. Cain has performed more than 1,000 UCL reconstructions (Tommy John Surgery) and has been recognized as one of Major League Baseball’s 10 Super Surgeons. In addition, he is certified to treat cartilage injuries in the knee with articular cartilage implantation and meniscal transplantation.
