Late Arrival
Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. We recommend that new patients arrive 10 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. Patients who arrive more than 30 minutes after the beginning of their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled and may be charged a late cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for cancelled appointments. A $25 cancellation fee will be imposed for any office appointment not cancelled with a 24-hour notice. Repeatedly not showing up for your scheduled appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
Appointment Duration & Wait Time
You should allow a minimum of two hours for your visit. The first 30 to 45 minutes of your appointment will be for handling check-in, insurance, paperwork and X-rays.
We are a high-volume practice. Our physicians are committed to spending adequate time with every patient to listen to their situation, properly diagnose their condition, discuss recommended forms of treatment, and address any additional questions and/or concerns they may have. Please be aware that this may result in long wait times.
